INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

In my therapy work, I tailor my approach collaboratively in the way that best serves my clients. I do that by drawing upon Cognitive-Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-Based, and Solution-Focused approaches.

Difficulties to focus on in therapy may include:
